Joseph Eudore Bernard “E.B.” Coderre homesteaded in spring of 1909, following a Christmas gathering at Philias Desnoyers Sr. farm in Thorne, ND, which included Philias “Pete” Desnoyers Jr. and Charles-Emile Brin.
